Sales

iFly is the official Pipistrel distributor in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. iFly sells new and used Pipistrel aircraft.

 

Selection

First step in the sales process is to determine the right aircraft configuration based on the specifications of the customer.

 

Demo flight

After shown serious interest the potential buyer will make a demonstration flight with an iFly team member to test the flying behaviour and performances of the aircraft.

 

Factory visit

Once the configuration and initial offering is defined, the potential customer will be invited to the Pipistrel Factory in Ajdovscina in Slovenia or Gorica in Italy. This is an important step so that the buyer sees the quality of the production process to guarantee that his or her aircraft will meet the expectations.

 

Ordering

After accepting the offer the aircraft can be ordered and a initial down payment will be made to reserve a production slot.

 

Production

10 weeks before delivery of the aircraft the buyer can make the latest changes to the configuration and will be requested to make the second installment.

2 weeks before delivery the customer will be asked for the final payment, call signs and delivery form.

 

Delivery

An iFly team member will pick up the aircraft together with the customer at the factory, where a acceptation flight will be made before hand-over.

 

Ferry-flight

Together with the customer or on behalf of the customer, the new delivered aircraft will be flown to the homebase of the customer.
